A Roselli is made to last a lifetime and the most important thing about a knife or axe is that it is sharp. So for you who need to sharpen your knife, axe or hunting knife we offer a free sharpening service – simply send us your knife or axe and you only pay for the shipping to and from the Roselli factory.
For shipping TO the Roselli factory:You must arrange this shipping yourself and we recommend that all knives/axes sent to us are sent with a trackable shipment. Please note that Roselli is not responsible for lost goods during delivery to the Roselli factory.
For shipping FROM the Roselli factory:You pay the return shipping from the factory directly when you order your sharpening service. The shipping cost from the factory depends on where you live (see cost details under the tab Shipping). The shipping cost is automatically calculated once you have entered your address information. You simply order your free sharpening service by putting it in the shopping basket and filling in your details. When you have ordered the sharpening service, you will receive an order confirmation with all the shipping information you need.
Included in the sharpening service: Grinding, tip repair, damaged knife/axe edge and general polishing.
