The Gyuto chef knife has a slender blade, perfect for achieving razor-sharp precision when slicing and dicing a variety of ingredients and is a slightly larger alternative to our Santoku kitchen knife and Allround kitchen knife. Its exceptional slicing capabilities make it ideal for creating delicate, paper-thin cuts. However, please note that its fine edge makes it less suitable for cutting through hard substances such as bones.
The blade is made from our high-quality carbon steel, ensuring exceptional sharpness. It features a stained curly birch handle, treated with linseed oil for a comfortable and secure grip, even in wet conditions.
